Green Curry/Coco Lobster in Thai manner

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 lobsters
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 lemongrass stick
  • 20g of green curry
  • 2 cans of coco milk


  • Snow peas
  • Carrots
  • Zucchini
  • Soy sprout

  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • Salt, Pepper

The recipe

Put the lobsters to cook in boiling water
For 5 minutes after cooking soak in iced water to stop the cooking

Coco sauce garnish
Cut the white onion, the garlic and chop the lemongrass stick
Put in a frying pan
Sweat in two spoons of olive oil during 10 minutes
Add the coco milk and milk. Cook slowly during 15 minutes.

Dice the vegetables
Rinse and peel the vegetables, then dice in large cubes and blanch one by one,
while keeping the crunchy aspect of the vegetables.
Cool them in ice cold water, then drain

Return to the soup. Sieve the mixture and drain.

Peel the lobsters, then slice and start the presentation.

Soup bowl. Start placing the iced vegetables, put the rosette lobster on the vegetables and poor the soup.

Finishing touch, soy sprouts, sea salt and enjoy.
